CAMP Philadelphia Chapter - Officers (philadelphia@camp-online.org)

Mimi Hadi - President, CAMP - Philadelphia

Mimi Hadi currently serves as the President of the CAMP Philadelphia chapter. Mimi joined CAMP in the fall of 2011 when she attended her first Eid dinner. As luck would have it, she also met the CAMP NJ president at that dinner, who encouraged her to join the NJ group - which had just begun as a new chapter. Living and working in south NJ, close to the Philadelphia border, made it easy for Mimi to become active in both CAMP NJ & CAMP Philadelphia over the next 2 years.

Mimi earned a BA in English from Wittenberg University.  She is also a graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she completed a BS in Visual Sciences and a Doctor of Optometry degree. Since completing her doctorate, she has worked as an optometrist in both private practice and commercial settings, including Eye Care Centers of America (ECCA) and also National Vision Institute (NVI).  She currently works for Regional Vision Consultants, an affiliate of NVI, and has served on the NVI clinical panel and as a mentor OD.
