This month our special guest is Amir Memom. Amir is the founder of Zaffron Mediterranean Gril...l, an upstart fast-casual restaurant concept bringing fresh, flavorful, and healthy Mediterranean food to the mainstream consumer (www.zaffronusa.com). Prior to founding Zaffron, Amir was a Private Equity Associate at Advent International, one of the world’s leading buyout firms. Amir started his career with McKinsey & Co., where he served Fortune 100 companies on a wide array of strategic and operational projects. Amir graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a dual-degree in Finance and International Relations.
