We welcome guest speaker Zikria Syed, CEO and co-founder of NextDocs, a leading provider of regulated content management and compliance solutions for the life sciences industry including pharmaceutical companies, bio-techs, medical device companies, and clinical research organizations (CRO).
Founded by Zikria and Matt Walz (now CSO of the company) in 2006, NextDocs is headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania with offices in the UK, Germany, France, Romania and Japan.
NextDocs has won numerous industry and technology awards as it has been recognized by INC 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in America thrice (#52, #67 and #748) and made the Philadelphia 100 list twice (#1 and #13).

Zikria is a self-described "technologist". Previously, he founded Broadpeak, a company that delivered innovative technology solutions for the life sciences industry in 2004. Subsequently Broadpeak was acquired by Datalabs. Prior to that he was an executive at Siemens Medical Systems and Microsoft, where he worked for over ten years.
Zikria holds a BS in computer science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, and also has an MS in computer science from Drexel University.
